This is the amazing destination wedding in Granada Nicaragua of Michelle & Shamus more precisely in Isleta el Espino; an incredible small island located in the Nicaragua lake or cocibolca lake.
I had been in Granada a year before but as a tourist. In those moments is when one as a wedding photographer says: how great would be to have a wedding here… And well, at the end comes the day that gives you the opportunity.
I had the chance by the hand of Michelle and Shamus, a US couple who decided to celebrate their destination wedding in Isleta el Espino, Granada, Nicaragua, one of more than 360 of Lake Cocibolca.
Granada is a very nice city and also very warm. With the charm of the cities that still have remains of colonial and neoclassical architecture.
The place for me was the most spectacular I saw to celebrate a wedding. Isleta el Espino is located just in front of the mombacho volcano and the big lake, so the view and the sunsets are simply incredible.
In addition to those ingredients to make a good wedding photographs, I also had a young couple, beautiful and dedicated to have a great time and enjoy their moment to the maximum with their family and friends.
The truth is I only have words of grateful for Michelle and Shamus for giving me the opportunity to have my first wedding in Nicaragua in such a spectacular place.
I wish you all the best guys!
Pure Life!
